Unwind with a Detoxifying Bubble Bath


How To Prepare Your Detox Bath

1. First, use a coarse body brush to dry brush your skin, starting at the feet and working your way up to your neck.
2. Draw a warm bath, filling the water with a 1/3 cup of Himalayan salt and a few drops of your favorite essential oils. Himalayan Pink Sea Salt has been suggested to help detox, relax, strengthen your immune system, infuse minerals into your body (Himalayan salt contains 84 minerals and trace minerals that can be absorbed through your skin), help support a healthy PH balance in your body and soften and hydrate your skin.  Alternatively, use Epsom salts.


3.  Light some candles, pour yourself a glass of red wine, and set your iPod to your most relaxing Genius mix.
