Young Coconut + Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
Meat from 1 young coconut
Coconut water from 1 young coconut
1/4 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon of maple syrup or Agave nectar (optional)
handful of ice
Coconut water from 1 young coconut

Directions
First puncture the young coconut (with a nail and a hammer) and drain the fresh coconut water into a blender. Then open the young coconutand scoop out the soft, tender meat. Add the meat and blueberries to the coconut water. Blend. Add up to a handful of ice until you reach your desired thickness. Add a touch of maple syrup or Agave nectar if desired. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Fabulous.
